Canva Creators are a small group of early adopters who have been invited to become part of the Canva Creator program. They are people with creative skills who want to design and sell templates, illustrations, logos, etc., on the Canva platform.
Canva Contributors are people who have registered with Canva and have agreed to the contributor terms and conditions. These contributors sell their media (graphics, templates, illustrations, etc.) on the Canva platform. They start earning money by uploading their designs and media to the library.

How much do you get paid as a Canva Contributor?
Canva Contributors earn a commission on sales of their media. The royalty rates for this license are 35% across the board which is a pretty good royalty for not having to do any of the backend work. Keep in mind Canva operates in a lot of different currencies, so these are general prices and royalties based on what we’ve seen so far. Canva pays all of its contributors strictly in USD. Canva currently offers payments via PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill. Canva claims you control the payout threshold and control fees and that they are always testing new payment options to make your life easier.
