- Click Send Email to continue the deletion process.
- Refresh your email address linked to your Pinterest account that you are deleting.

If you can’t remember your email and password to your old Pinterest account, follow these steps to access your old Pinterest account.
- Visit pinterest.com/password/reset.
- Enter your name, username, or any possible emails you might have used to find your account.
- Pinterest will give you a hint as to which email address you used to create your account.
Use the hint Pinterest gave you to see which email is connected to your Pinterest account in order to log in to your Pinterest account. If you don’t remember your email, you can also try to log in with your Facebook or Google account if you used either of those services to create your Pinterest account.
How to delete an old Pinterest account without logging in:
- Open Pinterest Help Center.
- Click Account Access and Closure.
- Click Deactivate or Close Account.
- Click Continue.
- Follow the prompts and explain that you are unable to log in to your account.
- They may be able to verify your identity and delete your account.
If you have an old Pinterest account that you no longer use, you can delete it without having to log in. To delete an old Pinterest account, go to the delete your account page and enter the email address associated with your account.
